Trinity School is seeking a Business Manager to begin June 1, 2013.

The Business Manager reports directly to the Head of the School and is responsible for carrying out the mission of the school in financial management.

Specific responsibilities include:  the stewardship of the school’s financial assets, budgeting, investments, human resource management, supervision of office staff , and financial planning. The Business Manager also works closely with the Finance Committee of the Board of Trustees. Staff includes one full time and one part time assistant.

Qualifications: a BS in Finance, Accounting or related field, a minimum of five years experience in a financial leadership role, preferably in a non-profit educational setting; knowledge of fund accounting, developing and managing budgets, financial reporting and forecasting, and good interpersonal skills.
