Canceled Event
International Day, scheduled for Saturday to celebrate diversity and Columbia’s 44th birthday, has been cancelled due to excessive heat forecasts. The entertainment scheduled from 6 to 10 p.m. will still be held at the Downtown Columbia Lakefront. Also, the Decorated Umbrella Exhibition has been rescheduled for the evening of Friday, August 12, along with that evening’s lakefront movie, “Tangled.”
