Sub-Freezing Nights and one Rainy Day: Week Ahead in Weather

Here's a look at the week's forecast courtesy of the National Weather Service.

Here comes that pre-winter chill.

According to the National Weather Service, temperatures will reach just the high-40s today with clear, sunny skies. Temperatures will drop to the mid-30s today and rain is likely late tonight and early Tuesday morning.

Rain -- and maybe some snow -- is expected to continue through Tuesday morning, when temperatures reach the low-40s. Expect cloudy skies Tuesday night and below-freezing temperatures, dropping to the high-20s.

The sun should shine Wednesday, and temperatures will reach the mid-40s. Wednesday night skies will stay clear, and temperatures again go sub-freezing, dropping to the high-20s.

Thursday will bring more sun and temperatures in the low-40s, dropping to the high 20s at night.
