Two Dogs Perished in Saturday's Columbia Apartment Fire
No cause has been determined, fire officials say.
Two dogs perished in the Saturday apartment fire that displaced residents from six units, said Howard County fire spokeswoman Jackie Cutler.
No residents were injured in the fire.
The at the 12000 block of Little Patuxent Parkway in Columbia, which is Reflections Apartments, took 30 minutes to get under control.

More than 20 fire and rescue units responded to the fire, which had engulfed the first-floor apartment with heavy smoke that spread to surrounding units, Cutler said.
Crews rescued two women from the 16-unit apartment fire, one of whom was evaluated for smoke inhalation, but refused treatment.
