Just before midnight on July 13, a victim observed an unknown suspect in his open garage on the 10400 block of Popkins Court. The suspect fled when he was discovered, and nothing was reported stolen.

Ellicott City: Vehicle Theft

Just before 7 a.m. on July 13, an all terrain vehicle was reported stolen from a trailer at a residence on the 5100 block of Crystal Springs Drive.

North Laurel: Vehicle Theft

Just before 7 a.m. on July 13, a black Chevrolet Impala was reported stolen from a residence on the 9800 block of Washington Boulevard.
