Construction Worker Suffers Nail Gun Shot to Chest, Hand
The man suffered serious and life-threatening injuries from the incident, according to a fire department spokesman.

A construction worker in Mayo suffered life-threatening injuries Monday when a nail gun fired through his chest and hand, an Anne Arundel County Fire Department spokesman said.
Lt. Cliff Kooser said firefighters and paramedics responded to a call at about 11:30 a.m. at a construction site at the 4200 block of Sweet Leaf Lane.

Upon arrival, they found a 34-year-old man who was injured after a nail gun discharged.
The man was transported to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore by Maryland State Police helicopter.
