The first public meeting to view and discuss possible projects for the county's "Downtown Ellicott City Revitalization" capital projects will start at 7 p.m. tonight.
The meeting is to solicit input on how the $3 million budgeted for improvements to downtown Ellicott City should be sent.
The meeting will be held at St. Paul's Church, 3755 St. Paul St., Ellicott City.
Two other meetings are scheduled for Sept. 26 and Oct. 10 to refine the plans.
