Cross-Country Pimps Charged in Sex Trafficking, Prostitution Scheme
Federal Attorneys: Germantown man named in 12-count indictment.

A Germantown man and a woman from Illinois could face life in prison stemming from sex-trafficking charges tied to an interstate prostitution scheme, the U.S. Attorney’s Office announced Monday.
Jean Claude Roy, 31, of Germantown, and Brittney Creason, 19, of Decatur, IL, were indicted Wednesday in federal court.
Prosecutors said that Roy (aka "Dredd the Don,” and “Dreddy”) and Creason (aka "Kitty Amor") used violence to force women into prostitution. The women were photographed for online prostitution ads.
