"Designing a LEED-certified community involves robust planning, dedicated resources and ultimately an unwavering commitment to create a better environment for all," said Thrive Senior Living President Les Stretch. "This commitment directly aligns with Thrive's mission to destroy the traditional blueprint for senior living and to create a place where we can focus on the direct, meaningful personal impact each of us can have on another."
Tribute at Black Hill, located at 312 Baltusrol Drive, collects rainwater for irrigation and has solar panels, LED lighting, and electric vehicle charging stations, according to officials.
