• Driver arrested after fleeing police and striking several vehicles in Germantown (mymcmedia.org) — Police say a 19-year-old driver led officers on a dangerous midday chase through Germantown’s town center area, ramming several vehicles, including a marked cruiser, and slightly injuring an officer. The pursuit started near Germantown Road and Crystal Rock and ended by the MARC station on Bowman Mill Road, where the suspect was arrested and charged with assault and traffic offenses.
