Save the Date | Councilman plans community meeting in Damascus
Montgomery County Council Vice President Craig Rice, who represents the upcounty, will host a meeting in Damascus to discuss development, the future of the CCT and the impact of Clarksburg.  6:30-8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, at the Damascus Community Center. Crime| Damascus driver sentenced for killing man with car
Fernando J. Valenzuela, 21, was sentenced to 20 years for depraved heart murder and first-degree assault stemming from the death of Billie Jay Genies, 35.
