  • A chance of rain and snow showers begin around 8 a.m., then snow showers and light snow followed by more rain and snow showers in the late afternoon. Chances of precipitation range from 40 to 65 percent. New snow accumulation about one inch.
  • A slight, 20 percent chance of rain before midnight.
  • Temperatures will be nearly steady in the low to mid 30s.

  • Temperatures will be nearly steady in the low to mid 30s.

Rockville

  • A winter weather advisory has been issued by Alert Rockville.
  • A 40 percent chance of snow showers beginning around 8 a.m.
  • A 75 percent chance of snow by 2 p.m. followed by rain and snow showers in the late afternoon into the evening. New snow accumulation about one inch.
  • Temperatures will be nearly steady in the mid 30s.
