The 'Places' To Be on Germantown Patch

As you might have noticed, Patch recently launched a new look for our local listings pages.

The listings formerly known as the "Directory" is now called "Places" on the navigation bar at the top of our home page.

You'll notice that Places features more local listings and an easier way to rate and review listings you have visited.

Here are a few tips for getting the most out of the new features:

• Rate businesses and other places in your neighborhood on a one- to five-star scale right from our Places page. Simply click the number of stars under the listing name and address.
• Have something to say about a listing? Write a review by clicking the "Ratings/Review" link, which will take you straight to a review box on the listing page.
• Quickly reshuffle listings by clicking "Get More" at the top or bottom of the page.
• Looking for a specific listing? You can search for a listing using our search bar at the top of the page.
• Are you a business owner with a listing on our Places page? Claim your listing! By claiming your listing you can add more photos, edit business information and update as often as you'd like. And it's all free-of-charge.
