  1. Officers responded for an armed robbery of a citizen in the 100 block of Warwickshire Lane in Glen Burnie. The adult female victim and her daughter were sitting in their parked vehicle when an unknown male suspect approached the vehicle. The suspect displayed a handgun, and demanded cash and property. The victim complied and the suspect fled the scene in an unknown direction. (Press Release)
  2. Baltimore County is on high alert as police hunt for Robert Vicosa who allegedly kidnapped his two daughters. On Tuesday, police responded to reports of an abandoned vehicle, a silver Volkswagen Jetta, that Vicosa allegedly stole from his ex and left in York County’s Red Lion neighborhood. Police have since recovered the vehicle. (CBSBaltimore)
  3. Students at Glen Burnie High School are celebrating a win that the school hasn't seen in more than two decades. The Fighting Gophers varsity cheerleading squad fought to the finish on the performance floor, and for the first time in 22 years, the school can celebrate a state championship victory. (WBALTV)
  4. Officials from the Anne Arundel County Public Library announced the creation of a Ceremonial Time Capsule and a search for individuals and families to serve as time capsule keepers. As part of the system’s 100th anniversary, selected capsule keepers pledge to come back to the library in 25 years to open the capsule. The capsule will include a variety of items that showcase the library’s past, present and visions for the future. Key pieces include a system-wide scrapbook, copies of the Library Happenings newsletter and pandemic-related materials to provide a snapshot in time. A list of capsule keepers will be included inside the vessel. (AAPL)
