Here are the top stories in Glen Burnie today:

  1. A body was found in the Severn River near the area of the Chesapeake Harbour Marina. Witness' called police Saturday, July 30 at around 1:30 p.m. to report a body found in the water. Police are only stating that it is a woman and treating this as a suspicious death. Anyone with any information, please call the police. (Newsbreak)
  2. If you have ever wanted to be a teacher but wanted to test the idea first, substitute teaching may be the way to go. There is a high demand for teachers and substitutes. Free training is available. Click on the link to see more information. (HTV)
  3. A piece of history lands on Assateague Island. It is suspected the a Nor'easter in May may have disrupted what was in the ocean and brought it to the shore. The area was used in the 1940's as a test area for rockets and bombs. (WBFF)
