- As the cost of food continues to rise, organizations that help feed the hungry are becoming more important. The Sharing Table is a nonprofit coalition of churches and community organizations that has been helping feed those in need since 1993. Each Saturday, at Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Edgewood, they provide a bag of groceries and a hot meal to anyone who needs it. Over the course of the pandemic, they’ve gone from providing 91 meals a week to 215, with different organizations volunteering to help pack bags and cook food. (Baltimore News)
- Maryland State Police said they believe Robert Vicosa, the fired police officer from Baltimore County who led authorities on a four-day manhunt, fired the shots that killed his daughters and his accomplice. All four were found dead Thursday in what state police are calling a murder-suicide. The manhunt eventually came to an end in western Maryland. Investigators believe Bynum was driving the car and Vicosa fired the deadly shots while the car was still moving. Officers said they found four weapons inside the stolen SUV, including an assault rifle. (CBS Baltimore)
- Baltimore County Police continue to investigate the shooting death of a 24-year-old woman. According to police she was shot in the 1600 block of Belmont Avenue Friday. The center of the investigation focused around a Burger King Parking lot. (wmar2news)
