Reginald Charles Callaway, 23, was arrested Thursday night in Linthicum after police said he forced a Richmond, VA, man and woman into their car and demanding money.

LINTHICUM—Anne Arundel County Police arrested a Glen Burnie man Thursday night after they say he forced a couple into their car and demanded money.
According to police, Reginald Charles Callaway, 23, approached a man and woman at a restaurant in the area of West Nursery Road and Winterson Road in Linthicum shortly before 9:45 p.m. and forced them into their vehicle. Police said the man demanded money but the victims, a 44-year-old man and 43-year-old woman from Richmond, VA, told Callaway they had no money on them but had some at their hotel a short distance away.
Callaway forced them to drive to the hotel, police said, and told the male victim to go into the hotel and get the money from their room while the female victim stayed in the car. Once inside, the male victim called police, who responded to the 1100 block of Winterson Road at about 9:45 p.m.
