- An 11-year-old girl from Severna Park won the North American Title for Irish dancing. Isabella Renzi now qualifies for the Worlds title in 2023. Renzi only started dancing 2 years ago when she went to a class with her sister. (Glen Burnie Patch)
- Two carjackings happened in Anne Arundel County over the weekend. The first incident happened at the car wash on Holsum Way on Saturday, July 23 at about 6:30 p.m. The car was located Sunday, July 24. The second incident happened in Severn on Sunday, July 24. If anyone has any information about either incident, please call the police. (WBAL TV Baltimore)
- Dock Street in Annapolis was the scene of a very large fight. The fight took place this past Saturday, July 23 at around 2 a.m. between two females. When police tried to separate the females, approximately 200 people surrounded them, which prompted a call for back-up. (Eye On Annapolis)
- A Maryland man was hit and killed Saturday, July 23 at about 1:45 a.m. in Dewey Beach, Delaware. The victim and friends were in a Lyft when an argument broke out with the Lyft driver. The Lyft driver stopped on the highway and demanded the victim and friends exit the vehicle. Another car then hit the victim, killing him instantly. (News Break)
