- Police Seek Leads To Find Missing Elkton Man. Chris Dietterick, who was 41 years old when he was last seen in Elkton in May of 2019, was being treated for melanoma in his leg. He also needs a liver transplant. His family reported him missing after receiving a call that he didn't show up for his cancer treatment in Baltimore on June 5, 2019. Chris Dietterick is loved and missed by his younger sister, Sara Dietterick. (Wmar2news)
- Maryland Reaches Vaccine Milestone With 99 Percent Of Seniors Vaccinated. Gov. Larry Hogan announced that 99 percent of Maryland seniors have now received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, according to CDC data. Maryland rank is in the top 10 of the nation in boosters for seniors. (CBS)
- Police Arrest Man Armed with Loaded Gun, Brass Knuckles and Pepper Spray in Glen Burnie. A local man was arrested after allegedly being found in Glen Burnie with weapons, including a loaded handgun. Officers responded for a report of an armed subject in the area of Baltimore-Annapolis Boulevard Avenue. Upon arrival, officers observed the suspect who matched the description given by the caller. The suspect ignored orders to stop by officers and fled toward Dorsey Road. (NewsBreak)
