Eastern Shore Condo Source of Legionnaires’ Disease

A beachfront condo on Maryland’s Eastern Shore has been tapped as the source of four cases of the sometimes fatal Legionnaires' disease.

Two people reportedly contracted the lung disease after they stayed in the same condo building in Ocean City. Worcester County Health Department officials found two cases in the fall, and two more cases were identified in June. None of the four cases have been fatal. >>> Read more.

The man fatally shot by police after firing on a group of officers in west Baltimore Thursday night was "well known to law enforcement," according to Baltimore Police Commissioner Kevin Davis.
