Two Men Robbed At Liquor Store In Glen Burnie: Two men were assaulted and robbed while shopping at Claus Liquors Sunday at approximately 10:30 p.m. One of the suspects stole cash from one of the men, according to the Anne Arundel County Police Department. One of the victims reported seeing a handgun tucked into the waistband of one of the suspects. (Glen Burnie Patch)

Maryland State Police: Arrest Anne Arundel County Man for Sexual Solicitation of a minor on Friday, Oct. 1, 2021, on charges he solicited sex from an undercover trooper who was posing as a child over the Internet in Anne Arundel County. Juwell Rae-Kwon Jackson, 25, of Randallstown, is charged with one count of sexual solicitation of a minor. He was transported to the Maryland State Police Glen Burnie Barrack for processing. According to a preliminary investigation, a trooper with the Maryland State Police Computer Crimes Unit on Tuesday was monitoring an online dating application while posing as a 15-year-old male. Jackson initiated an online conversation with the goal of soliciting a sexual encounter with the minor. (Southern Maryland News Net)
  3. Glen Burnie Park Elementary: Families are invited to gather at Chesapeake Glen Apartment Homes Wednesday from 5 to 6 p.m. to enjoy yard games, music from a DJ and Rita's Italian Ice.
