Here are the top stories today in Glen Burnie:

  1. David Knuckey, 21, of Millersville was arrested after a fight that happened outside of Marley Station Mall In Glen Burnie. Witnesses saw Knuckey in a verbal argument with a group of juveniles. Knuckey stabbed one of the youths with a knife. He has been charged with first-degree assault. (Glen Burnie Patch)
  2. A heat advisory was issued Tuesday, with feel-like temperatures reaching 106-Degrees. Today will still be very warm with feel-like temperatures reaching 101 degrees. A cold front will be coming through, which will produce severe thunderstorms. (Patch)
  3. A home on Brookstone Court in Severn was the scene of a home invasion. The homeowners reported that four men broke into the home just after midnight on Tuesday, Aug. 9. The suspects had guns and stole money, electronics and firearms. No injuries were reported. (Shore News Network)
  4. The SPCA of Anne Arundel County experienced damage to parts of their facility due to severe storms this past Friday, Aug. 5. Several animals were evacuated and relocated while the area is fixed. No animals were injured during the storm. (News Break)
