UPDATE: Police Arrest Man in Connection with Macy's Parking Lot Robbery

Police arrested Andre Maurice Ennis in Brooklyn Park Friday morning.

Anne Arundel County Police arrested the man they believe is responsible for a March 2 robbery at Marley Station Mall that left a woman in critical condition.

A warrant was obtained for Andre Maurice Ennis, 40, and he was located in the 4900 block of Ritchie Highway and arrested at about 10:45 a.m. Friday, police said. Police are not providing further detaiils on how they located Ennis or on the victim's condition at this time.

Ennis was charged with robbery, first- and second-degree assault and theft. Ennis also has a warrant for an armed robbery out of Baltimore City, police said. The investigation is ongoing.

According to police reports, a 61-year-old woman was found lying in the parking lot of at Marley Station Mall Tuesday at around 6:40 p.m. suffering from an apparent head injury. She was taken to the Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore.

Police said that an investigation revealed that her purse and her 1997 Honda Accord were missing. Detectives later recovered the victim’s car in Baltimore City.
