Sweet 16 Party Goes Awry, Senior Idol and Senate Passes Same-Sex Marriage

A sweet 16 party turned sour last weekend when a man and a teen were arrested and charged for their involvement in a . Police said the incident was a result of the man and the teen being denied admittance to the party.

Shirley Valencia of Brooklyn and Betty Roesler of Severn were selected to represent Anne Arundel County in the Maryland Senior Idol competition after the county's auditions Feb. 18 at Pascal Senior Center in Glen Burnie. We brought you a of the performances and interviews with the winners.
