  1. Glen Burnie Park Elementary School teacher is named one of the best in the nation. Teacher Joanie Gulden is well known for her impact in the classroom.   3. Two men from Glen Burnie were arrested in connection with a major drug bust. Several relatives were arrested during the operation including Thomas William Booze, 31, and Michael Booze, 27, both from the Glen Burnie area.
