  1. Officials announced a Glen Burnie house blaze left one resident displaced and two firefighters hospitalized on Sunday, Feb. 27. The house was located at Glenlea Drive and Sunset. A team of 34 controlled the blaze, which started in the living room, in about an hour. (Patch)
  2. Anne Arundel County Police are investigating the death of a man found on Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie. In a social media post, police affirmed the man was a victim of a shooting. Police are asking anyone with any information to call 410-222-4700. (eyesonannapolis)
  3. Nearby News: Residents of some Anne Arundel County assisted-living facilities had a big surprise on Monday. The police department volunteers cruised with cars full of care
    packages that included everything from personal care items to puzzles and board games. The donations will make residents' time in the facilities more enjoyable. (wbaltv)
