3. William Weeks, 33, of Glen Burnie has been charged with pulling a knife on patrons. Weeks pulled a knife, made a threat and then left the Ferndale Tavern on Saturday, July 16. 4. An Annapolis man, Brandon Hardy, 26, has been charged with biting an officer and fleeing the scene. The incident happened this past Sept. 3, 2021, when police responded to an accident. The passenger of the car stayed at the scene and gave police Hardy's information. (WMAR)
