Secondhand Smoke Trial Moves to September

After being shut down by an earthquake, on the day that was to be its last, the secondhand smoke trial gets a new day.

With drama we're accustomed to in Hollywood, shortly before closing arguments, an earthquake struck in Virginia on Tuesday, to and closing down the Prince George's County Circuit Court.

On Wednesday, the case was rescheduled. But there will be a wait. According to Judge Northrop's chambers, it will resume on Sept. 12 at 9 a.m., which is the first date all the attorneys were available.
