Severn Man Dies After Getting in Altercation

David Lamont Harley was seriously hurt after police said he was involved in a fight with an acquaintance. He later died at a local hospital. Police have interviewed the man allegedly involved in the fight, but no charges have been filed.

Blanche Anderson, 92, was not able to escape the fire that tore through a duplex on Tenbrook Road.
