• Accomplishment: As reported , the squad overcame tremendous pressure from throughout the state last weekend to claim the IAAM State Championship, defeating Seton Keough, 53-48.
• Key to Awesomeness: Under the leadership of Head Coach Bookie Rosemund and outstanding play of senior Maggie Morrison, the Lady Cavaliers possess a high level of unity that helped them reach the finals without succomping to the pressure of being a No. 1 seed. Next year, the team will remian intact with four starters returning.
