Capital: Alleged Killer Declared Incompetent By Judge
James King's defense said they have evidence to prove his innocence.

A man charged with murdering a married father of two last year in Severn was declared incompetent to stand trial, according to a county judge Monday night.
The ruling puts the case on hold indefinitely, halting a jury trial that was scheduled to begin next week.Â
James King, 26, allegedly shot a man in the head twice at the intersection Route 100 and Telegraph Road, but his defense claims they possess evidence that could prove his innocence.Â
