Citizen’s Initiative Helps Lead to Arrest
A Glen Burnie juvenile was confronted by a local citizen, and ultimately charged with possession of marijuana and Rogue and Vagabond.

A 17-year old was arrested Sunday for tampering with a car on the 7900 block of Jason’s Landing Way after a nearby resident confronted the individual and notified law enforcement.
According to police, the witness saw the teenager inside a parked car on a residential driveway and approached the vehicle, only to have the 17-year old run away behind another residence on Jason’s Landing Way.
When officers arrived on the scene, they stopped a vehicle containing two minors as they appeared to be leaving the scene, said the police report. The individual who fled the scene was not in the vehicle, but police discovered a bag containing marijuana.
