Man Found Unresponsive in Severn, Police Investigating
Anne Arundel County police said a man may have been seriously hurt after getting into an altercation with a friend in Severn.

Anne Arundel County police are investigating the circumstances of a case involving a man found unresponsive in Severn early Thursday morning.Â
According to a police press release, officers responded to the 8000 block of Fair Breeze Drive at about 12:30 a.m. Thursday and found the man unconscious on the ground. Members of the fire department then transported the man to an area hospital, where he is reportedly in critical condition.Â
Police began investigating the incident and learned that the victim was injured after getting into a fight with a friend. Officers interviewed the suspect in the case, but are also seeking more information.Â

The investigation is ongoing and a decision on charges will be made after a consultation with the States Attorney, police said.
The identity of the victim has been withheld pending notification of the family.Â
