Odenton to Get its Own Po' Boy Restaurant

The Po' Boy Shop and Cafe D'Orleans is one of five new tenants at the Village at Odenton Station.

Enthusiasts of New Orleans cuisine will be getting a new addition in Odenton.

The Po' Boy Shop and Cafe D'Orleans has signed a lease at the Village at Odenton Station, and will fill nearly 3,600 square feet of ground floor retail space.

Patricia Palumbo of Metropolitan Management Company, who helped broker the lease, said the shop is one of five tenants to sign on at the Village in the last month. All of the tenants are in various stages of building out their space or obtaining permits, Palumbo said.

The restaurant would be the second of its kind to open recently in west Anne Arundel County. The New Orleans Kitchen and French Market opened in May on Telegraph Road in Severn and has been well received.

  • Odenton Dental Station, LLC (2,356 square feet.)
  • Global Health Pharmacy (1,145 square feet.)
  • Odenton Station Cleaners (1,081 square feet.)
  • A Better You MediSpa, LLC (2,700 square feet.)

The Village at Odenton Station is a mixed-use complex that includes 235 apartments. People have been signing leases at the apartments for several months, and negotiations for more retail leases are ongoing.
