Rothstein to Visit 33rd District Dems Club

The installation commander at Fort Meade will be the guest speaker at January's meeting of the  33rd District Democratic Club in Odenton. 

Col. Edward Rothstein will appear on Jan. 17 at Perry's Restaurant, along with Bob Leib, the head of Anne Arundel County's special assistant on BRAC issues. 

The pair will discuss the ongoing transformation of Fort Meade following the base realignment and closure activities in 2011. 

The Democratic Club will hold its business meeting beginning at 6 p.m. and Rothstein and Leib will speak at about 7 p.m.

The 33rd District Democrats will also elect new officers for 2013.
