Severn Delivery Man Robbed at Gunpoint

A Severn man was robbed at gunpoint while delivering food Sunday night in Glen Burnie, according to Anne Arundel County Police.

The 32-year old said he was delivering food at an apartment when two men approached him wearing masks and demanding money. The victim handed over an undisclosed amount of cash before the suspects fled the scene by running behind the building, located on the 7800 block of Americana Circle in Glen Burnie.

Officers arrived with a K-9 unit and searched the area but were unable to find the suspects.

This isn't the first time a Severn resident was involved in the targeting of a  by criminals. Last December, a similar instance occurred when a food delivery man was shot and after he was robbed of his money and some food.
