12-Year-Old Missing From Owings Mills: Police

OWINGS MILLS, MD — A boy is missing from Owings Mills, and authorities are asking for help finding him.
Izaiah Vatts, 12, was last seen around noon in the Owings Mills area and was wearing black shorts, slides and a blue or black shirt with white lettering on it, police reported Sunday.
He is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and 140 pounds.
