3 Hospitalized From Owings Mills Shooting: Police

Police said a shooting was reported Sunday night in Owings Mills.

OWINGS MILLS, MD — Three people were hospitalized following a shooting Sunday night in Owings Mills, according to police. Two remained hospitalized, the Baltimore County Police Department reported Monday afternoon.

After 6:30 p.m., officials said they were called to a crash with injuries on Gwynnswood Road, and around the same time, they were dispatched to a call about a person suffering from a gunshot wound in the unit block of Merino Court.

Later, detectives determined all injuries occurred in the area of Gwynnswood Road, where two groups of people had met.

Police said three victims were taken to local hospitals Sunday night, and by Monday afternoon one was no longer in the hospital.

Detectives with the Baltimore County Police Department are investigating the shooting.
