OWINGS MILLS, MD — The winner of a $50,000 quick-pick ticket has not yet come forward, nearly a week after purchasing the game in Owings Mills, according to the Maryland Lottery.

For the Pick 5 game, a player picks five numbers and if they match the numbers and exact order randomly generated by the Maryland Lottery, the $1 ticket can win $50,000 as a top prize. The probability of winning is one in 100,000, lottery officials said.

The player bought the winning ticket at Lakeside Wine & Spirits in the 9200 block of Lakeside Boulevard on Thursday, May 19. It had not been claimed as of Tuesday afternoon, a spokesperson for the Maryland Lottery told Owings Mills-Reisterstown Patch.
