County to Light Up Courthouse for Ravens
Continuing an occasional tradition, the county celebrates the AFC North champs.

Baltimore County government is getting in the Festivus spirit.
Continuing a tradition, the county will turn the dome of the in Towson to a shade of Ravens purple as the team starts its march through the NFL playoffs, County Executive Kevin Kamenetz announced Wednesday.
"Congratulations to Steve Bisciotti, Ozzie Newsome, Coach [John] Harbaugh and all of the Raven players on a terrific season," Kamenetz said in a statement. "I know the best is yet to come. Indianapolis here we come!"

The Ravens, whose management and training facilities are based in Owings Mills, earned a bye and will face Denver, Pittsburgh or Houston in the divisional playoffs at M&T Bank Stadium on Jan. 15.
On Jan. 10, the Ravens ground crew will visit Patriot Plaza, outside Baltimore County Circuit Court, to paint the Ravens logo on the grass, county spokeswoman Ellen Kobler said.
