Chesapeake High School Assault Leads To Arrest: Police

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — At least one person was arrested in connection with an assault at Chesapeake High School Wednesday afternoon, police said.

The assault happened at the school in the 1800 Turkey Point Road, the Baltimore County Police Department reported around 1:45 p.m.

Two groups of students had gotten into an altercation, and a resource officer was assaulted in trying to break up the fight, according to the Baltimore Sun, which said a girl was arrested. Police did not provide any further information about the incident as of Wednesday night.

In September, a loaded gun was found at Chesapeake High School.
