• Baltimore County Dentist Sentenced For Illegal Opioid Distribution (patch.com) — Residents who know Perry Hall Family Dental in nearby Nottingham may be alarmed to learn its owner, Dr. Andrew T. Fried, was sentenced for illegally distributing oxycodone. Prosecutors say he abused his dental license for years by writing improper prescriptions for a former employee and then sharing and buying pills, and he now faces jail time and probation while patients are shielded from further risk.
