Baltimore Woman Charged In Beltway Hit-And-Run: State Police
A Baltimore woman is charged with two counts of assault in connection with a March 19 hit-and-run crash in Baltimore County, police said.
BALTIMORE, MD — A Baltimore woman is charged with two counts of assault in connection with a March 19 hit-and-run crash in Baltimore County that sent a woman to Shock Trauma, Maryland State Police said Monday.
Crishawna Donteece-Chane Hall, 29, of Baltimore is charged with first- and second-degree assault, along with multiple traffic charges related to the crash. She is being held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
The victim was not identified Monday. She was taken to the R Adams Shock Trauma Center for treatment of injuries suffered in the accident along the Inner Loop of the Beltway near Arbutus.

Around midnight on March 19, troopers from the Golden Ring Barrack responded to a crash on the inner loop of I-695, before the I-95 near exit 11 in Baltimore County. Investigators said the driver of a 2006 silver Acura TL, later identified as Hall, sideswiped a 2007 Nissan Quest parked on the right shoulder. The victim, standing outside the vehicle, was also struck.
Hall's Acura was located near the crash scene on Wilkens Avenue by the Baltimore County Police Department. Hall was not in the vehicle.

Maryland State Police K-9 units and a helicopter responded to the scene to search for Hall, along with officers from the Baltimore County Police Department.
An arrest warrant was obtained for Hall, who was apprehended March 25 in the Baltimore area.
