UPDATE: 2 Kingsville Homes Broken Into Monday

UPDATE (10 a.m., Dec. 5)—Police responded to two daytime burglaries on Monday in Kingsville.

Between 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on Dec. 3, in the 7500 block of Bradshaw Road, a tool was used to force open a rear garage door. A bedroom was ransacked and items were spread out on a bed. Cash and two credit cards were stolen. Someone then exited the home using the front door, according to the White Marsh police precinct.

The homeowner returned to find the front door slightly open. It had been locked earlier in the day, a police report showed. 

The second incident was reported about two miles away.

Between 8:15 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. on Dec. 3, in the unit block of Batterbrook Court, a front window was pried open. The inside of the home was ransacked but nothing was taken, according to Officer Mark Dorsey of the Parkville police precinct. 

The investigation into both burglaries is ongoing, according to Capt. Michael Balog of the White Marsh police precinct.

It is unknown if the incidents are connected with a cluster of five home burglaries in the Perry Hall and Kingsville areas—including one in the 7400 block of Bradshaw Road—reported between Nov. 20 and Nov. 25.

Balog urged area residents to call 911 immediately if they see any suspicious people or vehicles in their neighborhoods.
