Lib’s Grill Adds 52-Seat Patio To Perry Hall Restaurant
The new addition at the Honeygo Village Center debuted Monday.

PERRY HALL, MD — Lib's Grill is opening a patio to offer diners the option of eating outside. On Monday, the restaurant welcomed diners to its 52-seat addition.
"The wait is over, Perry Hall," according to Lib's Grill, announcing the opening of the patio.
For at least six months, the owners have been planning the addition.

In October 2021, the Baltimore County Liquor Board gave the owners permission to add the patio.
It will "help accommodate patrons who want outdoor dining during beautiful weather, and also serve as heated space in the fall and winter," Councilman David Marks, who represents Perry Hall, said in a statement.

Because of the coronavirus pandemic, the restaurant began using space beyond its walls. In March 2020, as the pandemic began and restaurants were closed except for carryout, Lib's Grill created a curbside menu and put on a show for customers picking up meals to go.
Once eateries were given the go-ahead to open up, Lib's Grill added igloos so that patrons could eat outside through the winter.
"Lib's Grill is one of many small businesses we have helped navigate the permitting process," Marks said after touring the patio over the weekend. "It is truly an asset here in northeastern Baltimore County."
Lib's Grill opened in 2013 in the Honeygo Village Shopping Center in Perry Hall. It is part of the Liberatore's restaurant group. It was voted the state's favorite new restaurant in 2015 and Maryland's favorite restaurant in 2016 by the Restaurant Association of Maryland. Lib's Grill opened in Fulton in 2017.
