Man Fatally Shot, Bystander Struck By Stray Bullet In Overlea: Police
A man was fatally shot this weekend in Overlea, police said. A stray bullet also hit a bystander.

OVERLEA, MD — A man was fatally shot Friday night in Overlea, police said.
Officers identified the deceased victim as 27-year-old Jordan Taylor.
Authorities said a stray bullet also hit an adult bystander, who was not involved in the altercation and was sitting in her nearby vehicle. An acquaintance drove the injured woman to the hospital. She is expected to survive.

Police said they were called to the 5700 block of Emelia Avenue at 10:38 p.m. and found Taylor suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Medics pronounced Taylor dead on the scene, a press release said.

The Baltimore County Police Department asked anybody with information to call 410-307-2020. Callers can stay anonymous. Tipsters can also submit information through the county's iWATCH program at iwatch.baltimorecountymd.gov.
The Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland, an independent investigator, is also collecting anonymous tips and sharing them with police.
The Metro Crime Stoppers offered a cash reward of up to $2,000 for information that leads to an arrest on felony charges.
