New Speed Cameras Debut In 5 Baltimore County School Zones
New speed cameras just debuted in these five Baltimore County school zones.
BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Six new speed cameras debuted Monday in Baltimore County.
The cameras are in these five school zones:
- Halethorpe: Lamb of God School, 4400 block of Ridge Avenue (eastbound)
- Owings Mills: The Jemicy School, 11200 block of Garrison Forest Road (north and southbound)
- Perry Hall: Perry Hall Middle School, 4300 block of Ebenezer Road (eastbound)
- Towson: Notre Dame Preparatory School, 800 block of Hampton Lane (eastbound)
- Windsor Mill: Scotts Branch Elementary School, 3600 block of Rolling Road (northbound)
For the first 30 days, drivers speeding by 12 mph or more will get warnings.

All cameras are marked with signs.
The cameras will be active Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. This includes summer months and weekdays when school is not in session.
