Paramedic Denies Masturbating, Urinating On Fire Station Items: Report

A medic accused of masturbating and urinating on belongings at a Baltimore County firehouse said the videos were role play, a report said.

NOTTINGHAM, MD — A Baltimore County paramedic accused of masturbating and urinating on belongings at a firehouse said the videos he made were role play posted to pornography sites, a report said.

Christopher M. Carroll, 37, was in a civil court hearing last week in Harford County, where he also denied allegations that he ejaculated and urinated on his family's belongings, The Baltimore Banner reported. Carroll’s estranged wife claimed he masturbated on her toothbrush and inside a mouthwash bottle.

“There’s also other titles [of videos] saying ‘my roommate’s something or other,’ or my friends or my coworkers,” Carroll said, according to the Banner. “And all of the above is all role play. It didn’t actually belong to anybody else.”

In early December, Carroll was accused of masturbating at a firehouse, potentially soiling coworkers' food and belongings, and uploading pornographic videos of the acts to subscriber-only websites, reports said Thursday.

Sources familiar with the investigation told The Baltimore Banner there are screenshots of thumbnails from the videos showing masturbation and urination on fire equipment, food items and iceboxes. The medic is accused of posting videos of those acts to OnlyFans and free social media pages, The Banner reported.

Baltimore County Fire Chief Joseph Dixon previously said that while the claims are investigated, Carroll is not at work.

“While the science indicates very little risk, the comfort and peace of mind of our team is more valuable,” Dixon wrote in an email to staff that The Baltimore Sun obtained.

Carroll’s wife, who has filed for divorce, sought a protection order in December, alleging that he filmed himself ejaculating onto her mouthwash and toothbrush, the Banner reported. While Carroll acknowledged in court that he filmed the videos, he said the mouthwash and toothbrush belonged to him and that the marinade was never served to his family.

A Harford County District Judge granted Carroll’s wife the protective order. Carroll was ordered to stay away from the couple’s home for the next year.

The Sun reported that the videos posted online have since been deleted, but the newspaper found the clips using the Internet Archive’s Wayback Machine.

The videos' captions claim the clips show ejaculate and urine being deposited “at work” in his “coworkers Lemonade,” “coworkers dressing” and his “jobs ranch.” The Sun said other captions allege that a man used his “coworkers Chapstick” and a “stranger’s toothbrush at work” for sex acts.

The Baltimore County Fire Department ordered a hazardous materials cleaning at its Towson headquarters and its 25 career stations.

Counseling and health testing are also available, The Sun reported, adding that the department is replacing the ice machines at its career stations.
