Seafood Restaurant Moving To New Location In Perry Hall
A seafood restaurant is moving to a new location in Perry Hall. Here's when and where Conrad's is moving.
PERRY HALL, MD — Conrad's Seafood Restaurant is moving to a new location just down the block in Perry Hall.
The seafood staple is moving 0.2 miles from 9654 Belair Road to 9629 Belair Road.
The last day in the current location is Sunday. The new location opens March 18.

"We can't wait to show off our brand new building (and amazing parking lot) in just a few short weeks," Conrad's said Feb. 25 on Facebook.
The new location used to be home to Sol Oaxaca Cocina Mexicana, which announced its planned closure in June 2023.

NottinghamMD.com reported that Conrad's offered to buy the building from Sol Oaxaca, which was moving to Harford County. This lets Conrad's own its new space, which has more parking.

Conrad's also has locations in Abingdon, Bel Air, Parkville and Phoenix.
