A pet costume contest, face painting, and animal adoptions are just a few of the offerings at the Fall Festival hosted by the Prince George's County Department of Environmental Resources' Animal Management Division.The kid-friendly event will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 27 at the Animal Services Facility, 3750 Brown Station Road, in Upper Marlboro.Guests can expect informational booths, a bake sale, a Halloween parade, a costume contest for pets and their owners, and more!Prizes will be given for the following categories:<ul><li>Best Costume dog and cat</li><li>Best Costume other pet</li><li>Most Original Costume</li><li>Cutest Couple (dog/dog, cat/cat, human/dog, human/cat)</li></ul>"Our Fall Festival is a great way for families and pet lovers alike to celebrate the season," Associate Director of AMD Rodney Taylor said.
